Public content uses a lightweight template and remains readable without JavaScript. Static resource budgets and mobile-layout checks guard against accidental private-shell dependencies.
Compatibility is evidence, not a blanket promise
The tested matrix documents current release coverage. Schools should still validate managed-device policies, assistive technology, network controls, and local deployment requirements.
